Interior walk through of each room to check for water damage and pest evidence.
Check to see if all thermostats are as they should be.
Check to see if the refrigerator and freezer are working.
Flush all toilets and run all taps.
Check utility room including electrical panel, pilot light on furnace, hot water tank, water leaks, unusual sounds and smells.
Check sump pump.
